castlewall security and video is the collaboration of two individuals that, when their minds were put together, innovated the way security for people and residences were looked at.

patty thornberry, vice president of security home inspections (the largest home inspection company in the midwest), came up with the idea to incorporate extensive knowledge of residential construction with the need to protect property. seeing that a significant number of homes have issues with water penetration, sump pump failures, safety issues within the home etc., she consulted with matt, the best in the business. together they formed castlewall, built on the premise that every house and life is worth protecting, no matter the size or the situation.

matt powell, an industry veteran who came from a major alarm company, saw the need for alarm systems to be specifically designed, not for the convenience of the company, but to meet the needs of customers and their unique homes.

we specialize in systems of all sizes—from what is considered a basic system (keypad, door sensors, and motion detectors) to more elaborate systems—all specifically designed with the client in mind.
